• Oversee and enhance online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance.
• Manage new product launches on Amazon and major promotion events like Black Friday, coordinating internal strategies, platform-side communications, and resource securing to ensure targets and growth.
• Manage and optimize online advertising strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales and identify growth opportunities on ecommerce platforms.
• Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce management or similar roles.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); Italian is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Amazon platform is highly desirable.
