Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work across multiple technical and business teams to implement and maintain these critical systems.

Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, actionable processes. You should be energized by the challenge of building robust frameworks that can scale with our growing network while maintaining precision and reliability.

  • Collaborate with global accounting partners and product managers to identify detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering to manage feature release schedules, risks, and trade‑offs.
  • Influence technical design in partnership with engineering teams across Leo and Amazon to ensure technology choices are aligned to our needs, and ensure product re‑usability and avoid redundancies.
  • Develop testing and communication plans for feature releases.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability in building product roadmaps, overseeing end‑to‑end product delivery, and managing product lifecycles while balancing requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Proven cross‑functional communication skills to leverage technical and non‑technical requirements to support business needs.
  • Experience managing large scale, successful projects.
