Key job responsibilities
  • In collaboration with Research Science teams, drive end‑to‑end product vision and strategy for AI‑powered recruitment solutions that serve millions of candidates and thousands of recruiters worldwide.
  • Pioneer revolutionary interview technologies utilizing GenAI, advanced transcription analytics, and predictive quality‑of‑hire frameworks.
  • Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to develop and implement ML models that enhance candidate evaluation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Architect scalable, data‑driven solutions that transform traditional hiring practices into intelligent, automated workflows.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams in delivering innovative features that significantly improve both candidate experience and recruiter productivity.
  • Define and execute experimentation strategies to continuously optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Influence senior leadership through data‑driven insights and compelling product narratives.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for supplemental life plans, EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
