Job description
Offerta di Lavoro: Business Development Manager ICT
Stiamo cercando un Business Development Manager con esperienza nel settore ICT per contribuire alla definizione della strategia aziendale, in particolare nelle attività di vendita e sviluppo.
- Gestire direttamente le attività commerciali e di business development, affiancando il CDA nella crescita del business;
- Sviluppare il portafoglio clienti, valorizzando le relazioni storiche con clienti chiave e generando nuove opportunità;
- Acquisire progressivamente conoscenza dei prodotti e dei processi aziendali fino a diventarne punto di riferimento interno;
- Gestire progetti di vendita complessi in ambito ICT, integrando competenze tecniche e gestionali;
- Supportare la creazione di un team commerciale strutturato.
Requisiti
- Laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica o Gestionale;
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito sales & marketing nel settore ICT o affini;
- Spiccate doti organizzative e attitudine alla gestione di processi a livello aziendale;
- Solida competenza nella gestione di progetti e approccio consulenziale verso il cliente.
Preferenze / Nice to have
È previsto un MBO pari indicativamente al 10–20% della RAL.
