IT Manager

Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager and the Senior IT Manager , the IT Manager will be responsible for supervising the IT department and managing the implementation of new systems, technologies, and internal policies. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company’s digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of the IT department, leading a team of 6–7 professionals and ensuring clear communication, transparency, and priority management.
• Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor the performance of existing systems to assess productivity, operational costs, upgrade needs, and overall efficiency.
• Oversee the security of networks, systems, and enterprise data.
• In alignment with the Corporate Security function, ensure robust protection of digital assets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments to maintain high protection standards at the local level.
• Support internal and external audits related to information security and provide regular reports to the corporate office, ensuring service quality and compliance.
