As Part of Digital and Technology team – product enablement in Italy, The purpose of this position is to coordinate the implementation, adoption, and support of one of the main global strategic platforms and other business tools in Italy (and to a lesser extent Austria), working closely with both local and global teams. The role is cross-functional and requires strong relationships with geographically distributed stakeholders, including C-level, Customer Success Management (CSM), Product and Data Management, Engineering, UX / UI, and Operations.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any requests (support, enhancements) related to the platforms in scope, including underlying products.
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders : Business Teams, Research & Data Intelligence in particular.
Conduct discovery analysis of requirements, new features, or gaps, and prepare appropriate documentation such as business cases or analysis documents to share with Product Managers.
Gather and refine priorities from stakeholders to ensure continuous, value-driven evolution of the platforms.
Proactively propose new features to address identified gaps.
Represent Italy / Austria in recurring platform and product meetings with colleagues in Central Europe, ensuring progress on roadmaps and management of risks and issues.
Ensure delivery of roadmaps, collaborating with Global Product Managers, Customer Success Management Team, and local teams.
Test new feature releases before delivery in the production environment.
Monitor platform usage through KPI analysis.
Support and promote internal digital culture activities within the business, facilitating the sharing of best practices.
Train local teams on the use of relevant tools.
Use approved AI tools and share best practices with colleagues.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 3-5 years of experience.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.

Ability to manage time and priorities independently, maintaining connections with global teams and local divisions.
