Pfizer is hiring two Clinical Development and Operations (CD&O) Clinicians for the Milan site.

The CD&O Clinician is responsible for ensuring the medical and scientific integrity of clinical trials and the well-being of enrolled patients. They apply technical, clinical, and medical skills to design efficient, high-quality trials using quantitative design principles and best practices to achieve clinical and operational excellence.

They work closely with Clinical Operations teams to execute studies effectively, ensuring timely delivery of quality protocols, clinical trial execution, and proper interpretation and communication of data. They also maintain compliance with standards, mitigate risks, and manage emerging issues related to clinical data, safety, and protocol deviations.

The primary contact for external investigators and internal study teams on clinical and medical aspects of protocols.

Required: BA / BS or equivalent qualification

Preferred experience:

• 4+ years in biopharmaceutical industry with successful clinical research and development experience
• Extensive knowledge of clinical development, regulations (global and regional), ICH / GCP, and adverse event management
• Proven clinical/medical, administrative, and project management skills, with effective communication abilities
• Experience managing and training large clinical development teams

• Medical/Scientific credibility with achievements in pharmaceutical development, especially in oncology
