A leading luxury fashion brand is seeking a Department Manager to oversee department activities and support the Store Manager. This role includes achieving sales goals, managing customer relationships, and leading a team to improve performance. Candidates should have 5 years of experience in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and a Master’s Degree. Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience in a Supervisor role in Fashion / Luxury Sales.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Strong administration and financial skills.

  • Lead and develop the business of the Department.

  • Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives.
