What you will do
  • Direct executive support to the Country Leader and another Partner in Italy, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Ownership of administrative processes including office management and HR-related coordination.

  • Support in financial administration, working alongside the external accountant on document preparation and reporting using Excel.

  • Collaboration with the labour consultant on HR and personnel administration matters (e.g. contracts, payroll inputs, leaves).

  • Preparation of internal communications, presentations, and reports.

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (laurea breve) in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or similar.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a consulting or entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with managing operational and financial data.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).

  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a young and vibrant workplace.
