Job Description
The Operational Excellence Coach leads Lean and cultural transformations in the Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing sectors by implementing QAD Redzone software and coaching. Working within autonomous teams led by a Coach Director, they have hands-on experience with continuous improvement in manufacturing settings. They collaborate directly with shop floor staff, frontline leaders, CI directors, and executives to foster growth and productivity.
This is a full-time, remote role requiring travel up to 42 weeks annually, primarily Monday through Thursday. Coaches must be based in the UK or able to obtain a UK visa, with frequent travel to the UK. Bilingual fluency in English and Italian is required.
