We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Director. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-impact materials to support property marketing and business development, with emphasis on presentations, print, and digital collaterals, supporting the promotion of our capabilities and listed properties.

• Conceptualize, design, and edit digital and print collateral such as property marketing materials, proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photo editing, presentation graphics, charts, emails, and web/social visuals.
• Execute deliverables that meet internal and client needs, aligning with brand strategy.
• Act as a steward of our brand, ensuring consistency with principles and strategy.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed about latest design software and trends, proposing new concepts to enhance marketing materials.

• 1-5 years of professional design experience.
• Knowledge of project management applications, Digital Asset Management, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design software.
• Technical skills in graphic design, typography, color theory, DTP, digital design, video production, etc.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio review is required.
