Key Account Manager - Mining, Minerals and Metals Segment
Specialista Senior / Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for the Mining, Minerals, and Metals Segment.

What will you do?
  1. Build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and aligning them with Schneider Electric solutions.
  2. Identify and effectively qualify sales leads, manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business for existing clients, actively seek new sales opportunities and explore new areas of business development through Schneider Electric's solution portfolio.
  3. Implement sales and marketing tactics, events, and programs to exceed assigned segment objectives, increase sales revenue and pipeline, and provide strategic insights to drive innovation and competitive positioning.
  4. Conduct market research in the MMM Segment to understand segmentation, customers, market size, competitors, etc.
  5. Collaborate internally to monitor national regulatory and legislative policies to identify trends and market opportunities.
  6. Develop or transfer a marketing value proposition for the domestic industrial strategic subsegment, working with the global team and other Business Units, mainly Industrial Automation and Service.
  7. Collaborate with the global team, share and manage strategy and commercial actions in the decision-making chain of multi-country customers.
  8. Provide active support to local sales areas to manage multi-area customers and opportunities, develop local action plans, attend or organize events and transfer the MMM segment value proposition to grow our business and enhance value delivery.
  9. Promote and sell Schneider Electric products, services, and solutions.
  10. Develop and execute account business plans to achieve annual sales and business objectives, providing accurate and timely reports/forecasts.
  11. Foster a team selling approach and act as a bridge between the customers' organization and Schneider Electric's technical, service, and sales specialists.
  12. Manage multiple short and long-term projects and relationships.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  1. University Degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
  2. Strong ability to manage structured customers, even in an international setup.
  3. Technical background in Electrical Distribution and/or Automation.
  4. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  5. Excellent listening and negotiation abilities combined with the aptitude to run high-value sales strategies.
  6. Experience in business intelligence, content management, CRM and/or another web application to understand your customers' needs.
  7. Business Fluency in English.
  8. Readiness to travel on business (approx. 50%) in Italy.
