The main objective will be to serve our Guests in order to create an exceptional and personalised experience for each one of them.

Reports to: Bar Manager.

1. Support the team in attending bar service;
2. Engage the Guests following Rocco Forte Hotels service standards and procedures;
3. Create and maintain a personalised relationship with guests to anticipate their needs;
4. Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the Bar;
5. Responsible for the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the service;
6. Contribute to the achievement of economic targets of the bar. Complete knowledge of all products served by the bar;
7. Comply with H&S national rules and company instructions.

5. Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role.

1. English knowledge equivalent to level B1/B2;
2. 3 years of professional experience in a similar role; working experience in well-known venues will be a plus;
3. A.I.B.E.S. certification is preferred;
4. Preferable evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops.
