Casa Brera a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International is currently recruiting a Senior Bartender to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager the role will cover any tasks related to the beverage service in our lobby bar The Living and in the rooftop bar.

• This is full-time position 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in July

We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B department.

What youll do :

• Represent and be the face of the hotel / bar to all guests.
• Order prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure clean glasses bar equipment and working areas.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What youll need :

• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
• A warm people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A safety-first approach.
• Positive outlook and dependability.
• Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
