A recruitment agency in Papua seeks an experienced recruitment officer to manage extensive hiring for skilled labor roles. The role requires a willingness to travel across Papua, focusing on building talent pipelines for high-volume needs.
Willing to travel extensively across Papua.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mass hiring or skilled labor recruitment.
Experience in plantation or mining industry preferred.
Creative and resourceful in sourcing talent.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for skilled labor (heavy equipment operators, mechanics, welders, technicians, helpers, and non-staff roles).
Conduct massive and academy hiring from locals throughout Papua.
Develop non-conventional sourcing channels (communities, local networks, referrals).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume needs.
