Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for skilled labor (heavy equipment operators, mechanics, welders, technicians, helpers, and non-staff roles).
Conduct massive and academy hiring from locals throughout Papua.
Develop non-conventional sourcing channels (communities, local networks, referrals).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume needs.
