The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and e-commerce, with strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities include recruiting influencers, managing affiliate relationships, and optimizing campaign performance. This role is based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

Qualifications

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager - KOL & Affiliate to lead the execution and optimization of live selling initiatives across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and more. This role plays a key part in enhancing the live shopping experience, driving sales, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates and influencers to expand brand campaign
• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and partners
• Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights
• Negotiate and structure affiliate agreements and commission structures
• Ensure compliance with company/brand policies, FTC guidelines, and brand standards
• Stay current with trends and best practices in affiliate and performance marketing

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Min 2 years of experience in handling affiliates marketing or performance marketing especially in e-Commerce platforms
• Experience with influencer outreach and content partnerships (plus point)
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaigns
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Strong interest in digital marketing tools and tactics, include knowledge of social media.
• Be creative, keep up with the latest trend
• Able to work independently and teamwork, result-oriented
