Quality Assurance Manager
Job summary
A leading company in food quality assurance seeks a Quality Manager to develop and implement quality management procedures. The role involves Halal Assurance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and reviewing policies for quality improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the global QSR industry. The position is based in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling similar tasks.
- Experience in global QSR industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management procedures and systems.
- Ensure all procedures conform to health and safety regulations.
- Review policies and improvement plans to enhance quality standards.
- Prepare necessary certificates and documentation.
- Conduct hazard analysis and establish monitoring procedures.
- Maintain and improve product quality through audits and investigations.
Skills
Education
- Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems within the company image and quality in order to ensure that all products are free from any flaws or errors and are of the highest quality.
- Responsible for Halal Assurance.
- To ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies, and legislation such as equal opportunity.
- To review the current policies and improvement plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
- To prepare certificate and document that needed for the store and company.
- To develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
- To maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints.
- Leading Halal Assurance processes
- Min Bachelor Degree preferable in Food Technology
- Min 5 years experience in handling similar tasks
- Min hasexperiences in global QSR industries
