• Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems within the company image and quality in order to ensure that all products are free from any flaws or errors and are of the highest quality.
• Responsible for Halal Assurance.
• To ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies, and legislation such as equal opportunity.
• To review the current policies and improvement plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
• To prepare certificate and document that needed for the store and company.
• To develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
• To maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints.
• Leading Halal Assurance processes
• Min Bachelor Degree preferable in Food Technology
• Min 5 years experience in handling similar tasks
