Support the Business Development Officer (BDO) in executing business development tasks and processes smoothly.

Maintain an updated lead database and high-level business dashboard (including Trello).

Assist in coordinating logistics for client meetings, including documents, travel, accommodation, and budgeting.

Provide BDO with updates on Proof of Concept progress from Operations.

Facilitate communication between BDO and internal stakeholders.

Help draft and manage Executive Management (EM) Work Request Forms and follow-up schedules.

Send timely reminders for EM sign-offs and approvals.

Collaborate with BDO and Operations to formalize and summarize SLAs.

Prepare contracts, including final SLAs and the Agreement of Mutual Understanding (AMU).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from any major.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or similar roles.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documentation.

Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.

Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or other project management tools.

Basic knowledge of business or sales processes is a plus.
