Job description

PT Agro Murni, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive QA/QC to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control laboratory operations to achieve departmental objectives, including manpower arrangement, analysis accuracy, and quality reporting.
  • Ensure reliability of results for incoming materials, in-process checks, storage tanks, and final products.
  • Conduct continuous data collection and analysis for raw materials through to finished goods.
  • Supervise daily lab activities, maintain Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis and ensure product safety meets customer requirements.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification of lab instruments to avoid downtime.
  • Implement and monitor food safety programs, HACCP compliance, and ISO standards.
  • Address customer complaints on quality issues and prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
  • Manage chemical waste disposal and maintain a safe laboratory environment.
  • Drive initiatives for laboratory improvement, method validation, and digital transformation using LIMS.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC or laboratory management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage resources, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
