Role Overview:

As the Senior Supervisor Anode Plant, your primary responsibility is to oversee the achievement of budgeted volumes of copper anodes of specified quality. You'll lead a team, ensuring efficient operations while embedding a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Anode Plant operations to achieve targeted production of copper anodes meeting quality specifications.
• Drive routine maintenance for improved uptime and implementation of SOPs and WIs.
• Embed a safety-first culture, conducting inspections, behavior-based observations, and enforcing safety norms.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, hygiene, and environmental norms, focusing on recycling processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize resources and operational efficiencies to maximize copper recovery and minimize production costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined operations and timely solutions.

Requirements:
