A leading manufacturing company based in Indonesia is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to plan and execute electrical maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least 15 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing. Responsibilities include managing maintenance costs, optimizing energy consumption, and developing team capabilities. Proficiency in English is advantageous as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is on-site in Karawang, West Java.
Plan, organize, and control all electrical maintenance activities—including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance—in alignment with SOPs.
Ensure maintenance tasks support equipment reliability and smooth plant operations.
Monitor and control spare parts usage, maintenance costs, and overtime spending.
Drive continuous cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
Lead and coordinate daily activities of the electrical maintenance team to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Ensure all activities follow safety standards, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.
Conduct performance analyses of business processes and lead improvement or automation initiatives to support operational excellence.
Identify and resolve inefficiencies to enhance reliability and productivity.
Support the Department Head in building team capability and developing employee technical skills.
Provide training and technical assistance to other departments as needed to strengthen workforce performance.
Execute sustainability and compliance programs, including ISO standards, EMS, Safety, and MBOS.
Ensure business sustainability through continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage energy and steam consumption of machine operations.
Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and support low‑carbon emission goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or large‑scale construction projects.
Demonstrated expertise in project‑based electrical engineering, including maintenance and operational support.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient communication skills; English ability is an advantage.
Willing to work on‑site in Karawang, West Java.
