leads the bar team, manages daily operations, ensures quality and consistency, trains staff on coffee/service standards, handles inventory/equipment, resolves customer issues, and supports overall cafe management (scheduling, promotions) in the absence of a full manager, blending expert barista skills with leadership duties to create a great customer experience and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and train baristas on brewing techniques, customer service, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Create a positive team environment, fostering teamwork and discipline.
• Manage shift schedules and daily briefings.
• Operations & Quality Control:
• Oversee all bar operations, ensuring drinks meet quality standards (taste, presentation).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care/maintenance of all equipment.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and orders for the bar area.
• Customer Experience:
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
• Build customer relations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Management Support:
• Act as a manager in their absence, handling front-of-house duties.
• Support marketing efforts, promotions, and menu innovation (new recipes).
• Handle administrative tasks like reporting and inventory checks.
• Technical Expertise:
• Possess deep coffee knowledge, understanding various brewing methods and trends.
