Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to promote Vidio's content for Sports.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders — especially in the sports / Entertainment industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, and partnerships) to align PR efforts with Vidio’s brand goals.
  • Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and evaluate PR campaign performance.
  • Organize and support press conferences, media interviews, and content-related events.
  • Stay updated on trends in sports media to craft timely and relevant PR pitches.
Requirements
  • Ability to write basic PR materials such as press releases, media pitches, FAQs, and short statements
  • Media monitoring skills, including tracking news from online, print, broadcast, and social media
  • Experience managing media lists, journalist databases, and contact records
  • Basic media reporting and analysis, including recap and coverage summaries
  • Event support skills for press conferences, sports events, and media activations
  • Strong coordination and scheduling abilities with internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, especially sports-related accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Basic understanding of sports media cycles and fast-turnaround communication
  • Good documentation and filing skills for PR materials and reports
