About the Role
Rosé All Day is looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales performance through real-time dashboards, accurate forecasting, and strategic inventory planning. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize business decisions and support cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on sales data across all channels. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive business growth.
- Real-Time Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that track key sales performance metrics. Provide live updates and insights to help managers make data-driven decisions.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Work with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts. Ensure demand planning aligns with business objectives and inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Ensure healthy stock levels across various warehouses. Monitor inventory and ensure timely action on slow-moving or obsolete products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align sales strategies and execute plans based on data insights.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities and market trends, identifying potential business opportunities or threats.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate sales databases and ensure data integrity for all reporting purposes.
- Performance Optimization: Suggest action plans and strategies based on data analysis to maximize sales, minimize stock risks, and optimize margin performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or planning role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or retail industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas), Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Experience in developing and maintaining real-time dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or any sales-related software is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in data collection, reporting, and forecasting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, operations, and sales.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
