Overview
This role reports to the Director of President Director and closely collaborates with Digital, Promotions and Product Development teams. This Brand Development Manager role will be instrumental in helping to develop and execute on the company’s 360° brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent, innovative messaging across digital, social, retail, and PR channels, lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating a holistic approach that maximizes brand impact and consumer engagement, while partnering with our data and insights team to ensure brand decisions are made with best-in-class data-driven understandings.
What You Will Do
- Brand Strategy and Development: Develop and implement long-term and short-term brand strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
- Goals and KPIs: Set clear goals and KPIs for brand growth and performance.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engage target audiences.
- Digital and Social: Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online campaigns, including social media, email, and SEO efforts.
- Traditional Marketing: Coordinate and oversee traditional marketing efforts, such as print media, events, and sponsorships.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Digital and Product Development teams to ensure new products align with the brand’s positioning and market needs.
- Sales Support: Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales targets.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and creative teams to produce branded content, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
- Brand Health and Insights: Regularly analyze consumer feedback, market data, and brand health metrics to adapt marketing strategies.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct SWOT analysis to identify areas of strength and opportunities for brand growth.
- External Relations: Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external stakeholders to promote the brand effectively.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of brand-related events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand development or brand management or marketing, preferably in manufacturing FMCG Industry.
- Proven expertise in creating and executing 360° campaigns across all consumer touchpoints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and ability to communicate simply and succinctly
- Strong understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies
- Having strong leadership to lead teams and achieve target.
