Job summary

A transport company is seeking a skilled recruitment specialist to enhance its driver recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and screening potential driver candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating efforts with various departments. Required qualifications include a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. Experience in a startup environment is a plus. This position is based in Medan, Indonesia.

Job description
Overview

Develop a driver recruitment strategy and implement recruitment strategies to meet company needs. Determine the right driver recruitment channel, whether through job portals, social media, campuses, or headhunting.

Responsibilities
  • Driver Search and Selection – Identify and attract potential driver candidates; conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure they match job requirements.
  • Driver Interview and Assessment – Conduct interviews with drivers using a variety of methods (direct interviews, telephone interviews, and competency-based interviews) and carry out further assessments (for example, through a test drive).
  • Coordination with Manager Team and Other Departments – Analyze and improve the driver hire process; compile reports about the driver hire process starting from Leeds, Bakloc and waiting for approval; monitor market trends for drivers online (visit, kopdar and share flyers).
