Someone who:

• Has 3–5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, preferably familiar with K‑Beauty trends and consumer behaviour.
• Understands the full ecosystem of e‑commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia).
• Is very strong with data, numbers, and performance metrics, not just creativity without results.
• Is target‑oriented with a proven track record in growth and conversion.
• Has experience using AI‑powered tools for marketing, automation, and optimization.
• Moves fast, adapts fast, and executes fast, no corporate slow‑motion mindset.
• Thinks outside the box and challenges ideas instead of just following instructions.
• Is a real team player who collaborates side‑by‑side with our General Manager, Social Media Lead, and Ads Specialist.

• Lead and execute strategic digital marketing plans to drive growth and conversion.
• Manage and optimize online campaigns, content performance, and marketplace strategies.
• Drive measurable results through strong analytical thinking and data insights.
• Innovate using AI tools to level up efficiency, creativity, and decision‑making.
• Work in a high‑performance team environment where ideas matter more than titles.
