Visit dealers to ensure monthly contracts are signed, achieve sales targets, and maintain good relationships.
Track and monitor daily sales activities and report to the Branch Manager.
Update sales progress according to forecasts.
Ensure achievement of contracts, campaigns, and all targets for dealers.
Ensure achievement of sales omzet, campaigns, and targets for stores.
Update daily and monthly branch reports, including branch achievements, dealer PSI, and other brand activities.
Ensure dealers purchase products by issuing PO.
Manage product returns that do not meet specifications.
Handle counter-invoices, including invoices and travel documents.
Support administration of rebates and ensure completeness of documents such as invoices.
Manage sell-through products from dealers to sub-dealers/shops and handle dealer complaints.
Prepare daily PO and sales forecasts.
Check the price list of all products before distributing to dealers.
Assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch according to company procedures and policies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the home appliances or electronics industry.
Require excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Must be able to make critical decisions, handle stress, and be persuasive and innovative.
Target-oriented with strong networking skills, logical and analytical thinking.
