We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong in communication, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered smoothly, on time, and according to design standards.

Key Role & Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Timeline Management – Develop comprehensive project timelines based on briefs, scope, target deadlines. Ensure all phases are well-planned and aligned with project goals.
  • Project Supervision – Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure the work executed on-site follows the approved design plan and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties, including clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting – Monitor project milestones, track progress, and prepare clear and timely updates. Keep the internal team & related parties well-informed throughout the project cycle.
  • Communication Management – Facilitate strong and transparent communication between all involved parties to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience – Bachelor degree in Interior/Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of related field experience.
  • Organizational and Leadership Skills – Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Communication & Coordination – Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
