A leading educational organization in Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all regional operations. This role involves managing educational branches, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant leadership experience, particularly in sales and education sectors. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential for this role. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on educational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major is mandatory.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations is essential.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are required.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area.
- Lead activities, events, and promotions within branches.
- Oversee the entire customer experience.
