A leading beauty company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop strategies for TikTok and Shopee affiliates. This role involves managing a team, collaborating on campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in e-commerce, and is fluent in English. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate marketing or KOL management.
- Hands-on experience with live streaming setup and operations.
- Experience managing on-camera talent or live stream hosts.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsabilités
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for affiliates.
- Build relationships with affiliates, providing support and insights.
- Manage affiliate groups for consistent messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate on campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Oversee live stream calendar and execution.
- Monitor metrics and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated on trends in beauty and affiliate tools.
- Ensure accurate payout processing for affiliates.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit, engage, and activate TikTok & Shopee affiliates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing communication, support, and performance insights.
- Manage affiliate groups and communities to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and high engagement.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to plan and execute affiliate-driven campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Oversee live stream calendar, planning, and execution on platforms.
- Monitor affiliate and live stream metrics, and provide regular (weekly & monthly) reports and insights to improve outcomes.
- Stay current on trends, especially in the beauty category, affiliate tools, competitors\' activities, and platform features to optimize strategy and discover new opportunities.
- Ensure accurate payout processing and promo code tracking.
- Manage and guide a small team consisting of affiliate / KOL specialists and live streaming hosts.
- Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL manager or creator partnerships, preferably within the e-commerce platforms (TikTok & Shopee) ecosystem and the beauty industry. Past experience managing beauty category campaigns on e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience and basic knowledge of OBS Studio, live streaming setup, and operations.
- Experience managing on-camera talent or live stream hosts is a strong plus.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms\' dynamics and an extensive network of creators communities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Portfolio or case studies of past affiliate or influencer campaigns will be a strong plus.
