Job description

As Store Operation Director, you will be responsible for managing and driving effective and efficient store operations, strategies to achieve KPI sales and profit targets through customer management, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction in accordance with management principles; and formulating various policies related to store operations and new business development to ensure store operations run smoothly, productively, effectively, and efficiently.

Responsibilites:

Drive national store success by meeting Sales, Profit, and Shrinkage targets, managing periodic performance evaluations to resolve operational gaps, and ensuring all OPEX and CAPEX spending is effective and strictly aligned with the budget.

Effectively managing store infrastructure by guaranteeing the availability and readiness of all facilities and utilities in alignment with operational requirements, while overseeing full compliance of store legalities and permits with applicable regulations to mitigate potential corporate risks.

Ensuring store inventory is managed effectively to prevent overstock or stockouts; maintaining seamless communication with the merchandise teams and the Distribution Center; guaranteeing that product quality from suppliers meets corporate standards; and ensuring that the annual stock take is conducted accurately and on schedule.

Ensuring the new store opening process proceeds smoothly in accordance with the plans and budgets established by the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.

Demonstrated ability to drive consistent sales and profit growth alongside a history of exceeding national operational KPIs, with specific expertise in minimizing shrinkage and maximizing productivity.

Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations governing the retail industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
