In 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers across Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry in particular to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. How you will make an impact in this role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Your market insights and relationship-building skills will strengthen partnerships and develop innovative solutions. By leading cross-functional teams, you will achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional value, contributing to the organization's overall success and growth.

What you will do

  • Define and implement the business development strategy for the market to drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships across banking, payments, telecommunications, and other sectors to enhance consumer acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners to create new ventures and experiences that maximize Trusting Social's reach and impact in the country.
  • Work effectively within a multi-cultural and multi-country team, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new customers, create prospect profiles, and secure business while sustaining existing customer relationships by meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Track market changes and competitor activities to identify opportunities and ensure the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships.
