Job Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of the strategic vision and tactical execution of product marketing
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the existing market through in-depth research to fine-tune buyer persona, positioning, and messaging for our financial service products including but not limited to employee benefits, payment transaction management and expense management
  • Oversee and orchestrate demand creation and lead generation initiatives that business growth of each product
  • Ensure messaging are well-derived from intended positioning and ensure consistency of information across marketing and sales channels
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy and messaging prior to new product/feature release, ensure a successful launch, and drive post-release growth in terms of demand and adoption
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in leading product marketing team in B2B SaaS or fintech organization
  • Profound experience in designing and conducting market research
  • Strong capability in inbound marketing and lead management process
  • Compelling storyteller with strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • A critical thinker, data-driven, and result-oriented individual
  • Demonstrated experience in determining product-market fit and taking products to market
