Our office is looking for someone to be the heartbeat of our daily operations.

The Vibe: We need a high-energy multi-tasker who thrives when juggling different responsibilities. You will be the first face our clients see, but you’ll also be the engine running behind the scenes, assisting with everything from tech platforms to client relations.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Daily Juggle)
  • Front of House: Be the welcoming face and voice of the company for walk-in clients, calls, and emails.
  • Client Connector: Assist our agents by following up with leads, scheduling viewings, and ensuring no client slips through the cracks.
  • Tech Wizardry: Maintain our CRM database (ensuring client data is up to date) and manage data entry in our ERP software.
  • Social Butterfly: Assist with basic social media updates and engaging with our online community.
  • Number Crunching: Support basic accounting tasks like invoicing, managing petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Office Ops: General administrative support to keep the Ubud office running smoothly.
Who You Are
  • Super Dynamic: You bounce back quickly, you are proactive, and you don't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Tech-Savvy: You aren't afraid of new software. Experience with CRMs (like Salesforce/Hubspot) or ERPs is a massive plus.
  • Organized Chaos Manager: You can handle multiple tasks without losing your cool.
