Procurement Lead: Supplier Relations & Purchasing
Job summary
A leading Indonesian company is looking for a Procurement Assistant Manager specializing in raw materials for food, cosmetics, and chemicals. The role involves managing daily purchasing activities, supervising the purchasing team, and negotiating supplier contracts. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent negotiation skills. This position is based in Central Jakarta and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimal 3 years experience in Purchasing Supervisor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and its common functions.
- Deep aptitude in following-up and negotiating as well as collaborative skill.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing activities and supervise the purchasing team in finding suppliers.
- Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
- Purchase products and equipment according to the project and company needs.
