• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the transport and distribution sector.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas.
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of the local market in Semarang and Central Java.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
