A leading healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager for Projects in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves achieving revenue targets and identifying new business opportunities in the Freight Forwarding sector, particularly within the Mining and Oil & Gas industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong organizational mindset, and fluency in English. Qualifications

Job Descriptions
  1. To achieve assigned revenue & GP target as mutually agreed
  2. Identify opportunities and keep hunting new business under Project market
  3. RFQ, REP, RFI, Tender and quotation for assigned clients
  4. Manage sales system in MS Dynamics (daily/weekly report, customer information, MoM. pipeline, sales lead)
  5. Customer credit review
  6. DSO/Aging review with Finance & Operation team
  7. Customer's SOP update
  8. Join product development for new innovative solution to go beyond client's expectation
Job Requirements
  1. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any major
  2. Minimum 3 years as a Projects Sales in the Freight Forwarding business and particularly in the Mining and Oil & Gas industries
  3. Basic knowledge in Logistic & Freight Forwarding, specifically in Commercial
  4. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  5. Customer focus
  6. Problem solving & decision making skills
  7. Organized, flexible and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines
  8. English (Fluent in verbal and written)
  9. High competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
