We seek an experienced Sales Supervisor/Assistant Manager to assist, coordinate, and oversee business expansion activities through market research, tender processes, client presentations. Working closely with a team of drafters, designers and engineers and report directly to Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships with key account customers to bring in Purchase Order (PO).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
Monitor daily/weekly sales progress, customer claims, competitor activities.
Identify growth opportunities with external parties (sub contractors) and develop sales strategies in new channels.
Pitch and presents Roland’s products/services to incoming leads or new clients.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
With the sales team, ensuring the precision of price quotes, proposals, drawings and negotiate contracts.
Assist the required data for performance reports and metrics to the Board of Directors.
Provide strategic alternatives for operational business development.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in contractor, interior consultant, MEP, furniture, or key account management.
Age: minimum 25 years old.
Analytical, results-driven, and deadline-oriented.
Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Strong business insight, numerical skills, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CAD drawing.
