Digital Marketing Manager – Nusa Dua, Bali 🌴

Mahanaim Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy across our diverse hospitality brands — from luxury yachts and villas to restaurants and wellness centers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute digital & social media strategies across multiple brands
  • Lead creative campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage ad budgets and performance on Meta, Google, and beyond
  • Collaborate with Creative, PR, and Events teams for 360° marketing impact
  • Mentor the Social Media Executive and ensure brand consistency
  • Stay ahead of trends and deliver data-driven insights

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing (hospitality/F&B/lifestyle preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM & analytics
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Excellent English proficiency
