Job description

We are looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead daily site operations, security, MEP, logistics, transportations, stakeholder engagement, and overall operational readiness. This role ensures smooth site execution, strong cross-functional coordination, and a seamless transition from construction to hospitality operations.

You will be the operational backbone, maintaining order, ensuring compliance and site governance, supporting strategic decisions, and preparing the site for future hospitality standards.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and coordinate daily with stakeholders on site operations, facilities, security, logistics, transportations, plot visit preparations, and site overall upkeeping.
  • Ensure strong cross-department collaboration and maintain operational readiness.
  • Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and cost optimisation.
  • Enforce SOPs, governance frameworks, and HSE compliance across the site.
  • Build trusted relationships with government authorities, local leaders, landowners, and community stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reporting, and workflows.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to achieve measurable operational performance.
  • Mentor and guide department heads to align teams with operational priorities.
  • Support the transition toward hospitality operations, including pre-opening systems and service standards.
  • Coordinate staffing, training, and site readiness with HR, Finance, and Project teams.
  • Prepare risk logs, compliance reports, and operational updates for leadership.
