We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Strategic Planner to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial and data analysis, as well as proficiency in computer-generated data presentations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with senior management to develop data-driven solutions and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

1. Data Analysis & Interpretation:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to support decision-making processes.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

2. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and develop strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new initiatives and strategic projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and strategic planning.
• Implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

• Strong understanding of financial analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis and mathematical logic.
• Fluency in computer-generated data presentations (computer savvy).
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Bachelors degree in a related field (preferably in data analysis, finance, or business management).
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical and analytical thinking.
