A leading Indonesian company is seeking a Talent Acquisition and People Development Manager in Karawang. The role involves designing and implementing recruitment and employee development strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, and leading performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Design and implement employer branding strategies.
Design and implement employee development strategies, including identifying training needs and managing employee development programs.
Develop and implement talent pool and succession planning programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs.
Lead performance management initiatives, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes to enhance productivity and engagement.
