• Financial Management

  Oversee financial reports and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.

  Work with the CFO to ensure the company has adequate financial resources to develop products or expand operations.

• Stakeholder Relations

  Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, investors, regulators, and other strategic partners.

  Represent the company in industry forums and communicate with the media to enhance the company's image.

• Compliance and Regulation

  Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements, both locally and internationally.

  Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape of fintech.

• Innovation and Product Development

  Guide the team to continually innovate and develop fintech products and services that meet market needs.

  Assess and implement new technologies that can enhance the company’s competitiveness.

  Identify and manage operational, financial, technological, and reputational risks that could affect the company.

  Develop risk mitigation policies and strategies aligned with the rapidly changing fintech landscape.
