Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Engineering/Technical Sales activities and provide Consultative Selling
- Hands‑on system solutions selling for Mining Business, Marine Business, Tools and General Industries, preferably to new accounts
- Spearhead the sales effort, build pipeline, perform sales cycle and negotiation process to ensure high success rate with efficient contracts/optimized profit, including sales contact planning and reporting, for a total customer relationship management
- Be an active player, ever‑engaging potential customers, in the development of new business and follow route map for existing portfolios
- Provide solutions and monitor customer complaint handling processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reports to Sales Manager and/or Managing Director, and/or liaising with other Sales Managers, be a supportive team player with Branch Offices' Project & Service and Logistics team
- Liaising with Head Office Engineering and Operations to ensure a smooth solutions delivery process to customers
- Support in following‑up customers' payments in order to ensure a healthy account receivable
- Ethically and respectfully conducting our business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering, with GPA min 2.8
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales in Industrial / Engineering Industry, especially in Mining sector
- Proven sales record and experience, handling project sales is an advantage
- Extensive Mining network in Sulawesi, with commendable achievements in spare parts sales for mining operational activities
- Strong background with understanding of the business, industry, customers, agents, and relevant financial & legal aspect of the business
- Good knowledge in general filtration and hydraulics products
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good computer, technical, and analytical skill
- Comfortable in English -other languages is an advantage-, that the job requires for customer relationship and contacts management
- Flexible, open‑minded, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Self‑motivated, and with high drive for our common goals
- Willing to travel quite extensively to project sites , adjust to Mining sites working schedules
- Comply and strictly adhere to corporate Business Code, company's regulations, and ethical conducts
