A hospital group in Indonesia is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to manage logistics and inventory within their facility. Responsibilities include overseeing daily pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing monthly performance reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and 2-3 years of experience, preferably in hospital pharmacy or warehouse environments. The position may require shift work and coordination with multiple departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field (D3 Farmasi may be accepted depending on company policy).
Minimum 2–3 years experience in pharmacy logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
Experience in hospital pharmacy, distribution center (PBF), or FMCG warehouse is an advantage.
Understanding of CDOB and CPOB regulations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, FEFO/ FIFO, stock opname, and warehouse flow.
Able to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
Willing to work shifts if required (depending on facility operations).
Possess an active Registration Certificate (STRA).
Job Descriptions :
Monitor daily incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical products.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock opname and variance reporting.
Oversee storage procedures, ensuring compliance with temperature control, FEFO, FIFO, CDOB standards.
Coordinate with Purchasing/ Procurement regarding stock levels, order quantity, and restocking needs.
Ensure proper handling of expired, damaged, or recall products.
Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement, purchase orders, delivery notes, and returns.
Prepare monthly reports: consumption, stock availability, expiry tracking, and warehouse performance.
Coordinate with Pharmacists, Finance, Procurement, and Clinical Departments.
Ensure all warehouse activities follow legal and regulatory guidelines.
