The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in day‑to‑day activities. You will play an important role in ensuring the team is well‑prepared for client meetings and presentations. Your main tasks will include assisting with initial pitching, preparing sales materials, and updating lead reports, as well as providing excellent customer support by coordinating between the sales team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with initial pitching and follow‑up on leads from marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and join the team in B2B client meetings.
• Help maintain communication and relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and update pipeline reports and lead status on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research and gather data on customers and competitors.
• Identify and reach out to new prospects.
• Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales.
• Have knowledge or Experience working in Agriculture or Leasing company is a PLUS.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have good English language skills is preferable.
• Willing to be placed in areas according to company needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
• Preferably has 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service area
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail‑oriented person, and good organizational skills
• Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest working in an e‑commerce company
• Placement is in Yogyakarta for 3 - 6 months contract based

Job Description:

• Handle CS end‑to‑end process, including complaints and inquiries from sellers and buyers through calls, email, and Live Chat
• Manage and resolve customer‑related issues and escalations
• Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
• Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
