Marketing & Campaign Manager

Own brand strategy and go-to-market for Indonesia from narrative/positioning and visual identity to 360° campaigns and retail partnerships driving awareness, engagement, and sales.

RESPONSIBILITY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Strategy & Identity: Build specific brand strategy, craft narrative, positioning, and visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Research & Insights: Deep-dive the Indonesian fashion market, consumer prefs, trends, competitors; size gaps, segments, and opportunities. track shifts to adapt.
  • Retail & Distribution (Consignment): Secure online/offline partners; negotiate terms & shelf space; plan retail programs/promos to boost sell-through and visibility.
  • Campaigns: Develop integrated campaigns (social, influencers, content, experiential); brief and co-create assets with creative teams.
  • Measurement: Monitor brand, engagement, and sales KPIs; report insights; optimize based on data.
  • Cross-Functional: Sync with product, design, and ops; feed market/consumer input into product roadmaps.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years in brand marketing & retail ops (premium brands).
  • Strong grasp of Indonesia's market landscape, consumer behavior, and trends.
  • Strategy-to-execution ownership; solid research, competitive, and consumer insight skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
