Schedule: Full Time; Position Type: Non-Management

POSITION SUMMARY

Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and providing complimentary gifts. Promote brand awareness and process Marriott Rewards points, reservations, and general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.

Assist management in training and motivating employees; uphold company policies, appearance standards, confidentiality, and asset protection. Welcome guests with professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide excellent communication. Monitor performance to meet quality standards and perform general office tasks. Manage responsibilities including lifting objects up to 10 pounds, and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

JOB SUMMARY

Strategic leader of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation, overseeing Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. Develop and implement departmental strategies, ensuring brand service standards and initiatives. Focus on meeting brand customer needs, employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial performance. Deliver property-wide strategies to exceed brand expectations and provide ROI.

CANDIDATE PROFILE – EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.
  • OR
  • 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Customer and Personal Service – principles for delivering service and evaluating satisfaction.
  • Management of Financial Resources – budgeting and accounting for expenditures.
  • Administration and Management – strategic planning, resource allocation, HR, leadership, production methods.
  • Applied Business Knowledge – market dynamics, business objectives, diagnosing strengths/weaknesses, risk assessment, strategy formulation.
  • Management of Material Resources – appropriate use of equipment, facilities, materials.

  • Develop and maintain F&B/Culinary goals: set expectations, review financial reports, make CAPEX recommendations, collaborate on performance improvement, set realistic goals, and strive for service performance.
  • Develop and maintain budgets: manage budget, monitor sales, ensure revenue goals, control cash and liquor, maintain margins, etc.
  • Lead F&B/Culinary team: use communication skills, inspire, set performance standards, encourage cooperation, achieve goals, model behavior, improve profit, seek innovation, communicate regularly, establish relationships, coach and mentor, keep up with trends, introduce new products.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service: provide above‑and‑beyond service, use feedback, review guest satisfaction, take corrective actions.
  • Manage and conduct HR activities: set performance standards, coach, monitor wages, control costs, hire, set goals, ensure fairness, communicate expectations, bring issues to HR.

B2B Sales – Food Service

Job Description Summary: Perform and execute sales distribution strategy activities to achieve target fulfillment, volume growth, product penetration.

Job Description

  • Prepare sales documents such as Offering Letter, Selling Contract, Delivery Order, Response to Consumer Claims etc.
  • Check availability, completeness and accuracy of documents related to sales administration.
  • Document all sales administration documents issued by companies and consumers.
  • Offer and sell products to group hotels, restaurants, catering/ cafés / bars / lounges, sports and tourism venues.
  • Look for new customers; create and preferably maintain a database of previous HORECA customers.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Develop effective sales strategy to achieve given targets.
  • Analyze sales data; make proposals related to sales strategies.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Able to negotiate or make deals for cooperation, collaboration and so on.
  • Creating a report: customer complaints periodically.

Job Requirement

  • Having experience as B2B Sales Supervisor Food Service/ HORECA/Sport/Tourism.
  • Can work with a team.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Preferably have a good relationship and database in hospitality field.
  • Proficient in using gadgets, presentations, dealing.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have the drive to achieve the target.
  • Confident, disciplined, responsible, creative and have high initiative.
